I'm Baaaack!

Sorry for the long "pause" from blogging. Seems I've had my hands full these past few weeks. So I thought I would take some time this morning and mention just a few things that are on my mind. Hey I was on a national talk show on Sirius 146 Left Friday morning. I called into the Alex Bennett Program and had a few words with a fellow broadcaster. I let him know that there were still independent broadcasters that DO put on programs that have opposing viewpoints. KTOX isnt all left, or all right. I try to let the programming reflect the community overall. I told Alex to watch out for his job. I wanted it. Oh yeah I always wanted to be able to say "shit" over the air. I did it finally on satellite and it felt gooooood!

On another note; Look, I hate to hear when anyone passes away. Especially at the young age that Tony Snow was. (53 yrs) But I don't agree with all the analysis of his professional career. These network comrades of his, are always careful never to say a bad word about anyone who passes away. But lets be honest. No one is "perfect" when they're living. They only become "perfect" when they're frickin' DEAD!! He may have been a nice Dad and a good husband whose friends admired him. And that's all fine and dandy. But I think Tony Snow was the spokeperson for one of the most dangerous and powerful Presidential regimes in history. A regime that made lying and obsfucating chic! A presidential wart on the face of America. Which made the ugly Americans even uglier. Tony Snow was hired to pull a "snow" job on the American people. A professional bullshitter. His professional life is shameful. His personal life seems decent. May God have mercy on his soul.
